• Foreigners who bring at least 500,000 USD or equivalent foreign currency or Turkish lira in fixed capital investment, or
• Those who purchase real estate worth at least 250,000 USD or equivalent foreign currency or Turkish lira and commit not to sell it for three years from the date of purchase, or those who sign a real estate sales promise agreement.
• Those who deposit a minimum of 500,000 USD in Turkish banks for three years or buy government debt securities.
• Those who buy real estate investment fund shares or venture capital investment fund shares worth at least 500,000 USD or equivalent foreign currency or Turkish lira.
• Those who provide employment for at least 50 people.
